天灸
農曆六月是三伏天的開始，代表大地的能量開始往下、往內收。在三伏天做天灸，通過中藥加新鮮薑汁搓製而成的藥泥，因應各人不同的體質，貼於適合的穴位，就能把陽氣往內藏，好讓冬天時有足夠陽氣使用。

Sanfutian means canicular days, the hottest period between early July and early September. Sanfutian Treatment is a procedure in traditional Chinese medicine in which medicated patches are placed on various acupuncture points on the body in this period. Originating in the Qing dynasty, this method is based on the principle of “ winter disease, summer cure”. As is the hottest period on the Chinese calendar, it is considered a particularly suitable time for treating illnesses. To achieve the best therapeutic result and effect, medicated patches are combined with specific Chinese Herbals Powders and fresh ginger juice are used.
